Color pallette
I decided to use light blue, yellow and black. Yellow is the primary colour of my identity, blue is the secondary and the third is black which is used through the typography.
Blue has connotations of being associated with the perfect blue sky. Light blue in particular is associated with health, healing,understanding and softness [41]. I picked this colour from a personal prospective of feeling as though I'm going through a healing process from the trauma of the past, some of the podcast episodes will talk about the issues myself and the guest have faced. Especially in the growing up episode.
From a business perspective blue gives the brand a sense of stability and trustworthiness. Blue is often used by companies looking for a wide demographic, because it's thought to advise people the company is trust worthy. A good example of this is the NHS

The NHS is thought to hold a persons hand from the minute they are born to the minute they are dead. You must invest a lot of trust into a company to look after you the same way the British nation generally does in the NHS. I believe this trust in encouraged by the use of a deep blue,I find it hard to believe that they'd put the same amount of trust in the NHS, if the logo was red.As mentioned above blue has connotations of trust and stability.

Yellow has connotations of being a happy colour, often reminding people of a bright summers day.From a personal perspective I picked the bright yellow as a personal interpretation of how I'm feeling about the thing's we'll be speaking about through the podcast shows, I'm currently optimistic and excited about the future and this project, which I feel reflects in my color palette.

Typography
I decided early on in the project that I would use a script typeface, to give the production a personal visual touch. Using script also gives the brand a feminine/sensitive touch. It also gives the podcast a personal touch. If we look at my logo research it is suggested that script is often used by female podcasters ( as show cased through The Guilty feminist).
Hashtag
My hash tag is very simple, it currently is #ShitI'mLearningInMyYouth. Which is the name of the podcast show, it is very simple and rather funny. The hashtag will be used on twitter and instagram, if the show was to have a large audience it would also be a way for the audience to communicate with me directly through the hashtag.
